CJE Educational Consultancy was founded on a simple observation: in an increasingly competitive and globalised education landscape, school placement is often approached reactively rather than strategically.

Having worked within the British boarding school system, including as a housemaster, I worked closely with students and families at pivotal moments in their development. Living and working within boarding houses provided insight not only into admissions processes, but into the realities of school culture, pastoral dynamics and long-term student growth.

That experience shaped CJE’s approach.
Today, we advise international families on selective UK boarding school admissions with a focus on structure, timing and institutional fit. Rather than viewing admissions as a single transaction, we approach it as part of a broader educational trajectory - aligning academic development, character formation and long-term positioning.
